Shorefront Towers offers affordable living based on your income. The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Our 1 bedroom apartments make the ideal home. Spend quality time with friends in our community room and library. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Each apartment also has individually controlled heating and air conditioning.

Management & Security

Our on-site management and maintenance personnel are ready to assist you in any way possible to ensure your comfort and security. We also provide 24 hour emergency maintenance service.
